  Conduct patient exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning

  Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care

  Maintain accurate and compliant patient records

  Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff

  Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

  DDS/DMD from an accredited program

  Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)

  Strong clinical aptitude and communication skills
