New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing outpatient addiction treatment team in Raleigh, NC. Your Impact:
\n • Administer prescribed medications and accurately document patient care
\n • Assess patients prior to dosing and monitor patient well-being
\n • Perform medication inventory, reconciliation, and controlled substance accountability
\n • Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical assessments
\n • Assist the Medical Director with patient evaluations and scheduling
\n • Maintain confidential electronic medical records
\n • Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance
\n • Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting patients and visitors
\n • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to provide high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications:
\n • Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
\n • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
\n • Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
\n • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
\n • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
\n • Experience in outpatient nursing, behavioral health, addiction medicine, family practice, corrections, primary care, or community health is preferred but not required
