\n - Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
\n - Develop and implement patient care plans
\n - Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
\n - Provide patient education and preventive care
\n - Work independently or collaboratively within a care team

Job Requirements:
\n
\n - Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
\n - License required: For PA: CA PA required - must have masters degree in physician assistant studies
\n - For NP: CA license required
\n - MUST have one of the following board certs: ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC
\n - DEA: CA DEA Schedule 2 required
\n - Certifications preferred: OCN or AOCNP, ACLS
\n - EMR: EPIC
