Family Nurse Practitioner

Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Family Nurse Practitioners in the Milwaukee area! This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident practicing independently and dedicated to delivering high-quality care across all age groups. Prior experience in a family medicine or primary care setting is strongly preferred.

·        No call requirement

·        Hospitalist program managed by Apogee ensures seamless inpatient coverage

·        Must be comfortable working autonomously, with no on-site provider support

Qualifications:

·     Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

·     Active WI NP License (or eligibility) Required

·     Prior experience in outpatient family medicine strongly preferred

·     BLS/ACLS certification required
