Fire Alarm Foreman - Commercial Construction | Immediate Start!

TradeWise is hiring an experienced Fire Alarm Foreman to lead commercial fire alarm installation crews on large construction projects. This individual will oversee daily field operations, coordinate manpower, maintain project schedules, and ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fire alarm installation crews
\n
• Plan daily work assignments and manpower
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and specifications
\n
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
\n
• Install, terminate, test, and commission fire alarm systems
\n
• Perform quality control inspections
\n
• Troubleshoot installation issues
\n
• Maintain production schedules
\n
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and local codes
\n
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safe work practices
\n
• Train and mentor technicians
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of commercial fire alarm installation experience
\n
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems
\n
• Ability to manage multiple technicians
\n
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating projects
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
\n
• OSHA certification preferred
\n
• Lift certifications are a plus
\n
