Job Overview

While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in 24-hour out-of-house call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Weekend call coverage from Friday at 7:30 AM to Monday at 7:30 AM.
• Provide ongoing coverage opportunities beyond the initial assignment.
• Manage newborn nursery coverage without pediatric floor responsibilities.
• Handle 0 to 2 nursery patients daily, with 35 to 45 deliveries each month.
• Work exclusively in a hospital setting focused on newborn nursery care.
• Maintain required certifications in NRP and PALS.
• Demonstrate skills in stabilization and transfer of patients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $125.00 to $150.00.
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
• All rates are inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
