Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who possesses a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient care. This role involves leading our Family Medicine inpatient team and managing the inpatient services.

Position Highlights:

• Oversee clinical care for Family Medicine inpatients.
• Work alongside the Program Director to ensure that our inpatient training aligns with ACGME standards.
• Act as a liaison with the hospitalist division.
• Collaborate with residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to enhance processes and promote performance improvement.
• Embody our organization’s mission, vision, and values in all facets of care and education.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with an unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience post-residency.
• Proficient in POCUS, inpatient clinic care, and teaching residents and medical students.
• Ability to fulfill our organization’s credentialing and privileging criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor residents in their training.
• Promote excellence in clinical care and education.
• Initiate quality improvement projects and support innovative care models.
