Our organization is excited to offer a position for a Family Medicine physician to become part of an established practice in Rockwall, Texas. Located just east of Dallas, Rockwall is experiencing significant growth as the DFW metroplex expands. You will join a team of passionate family practice physicians dedicated to empowering patients in their health, lifestyle, and overall well-being. This role presents a unique chance to step into a thriving practice with comprehensive support, allowing you to concentrate fully on the healthcare needs of patients across all age groups.
Position Details:- Work Schedule: Traditional office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Technology: Utilize advanced technology to streamline your workload, enabling you to dedicate more time to patient care.
- Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to a varied patient demographic.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Documentation: Use the EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation.
- Qualifications: Board certified or board eligible in family medicine, with a valid Texas medical license required.
- Employment: This is an employed position with one of the largest healthcare systems in North Texas.
- Compensation: Initial salary guarantee with a compensation structure based on work RVUs and qualifying bonuses.
- Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package, including 401k and malpractice insurance coverage.
- Legal Environment: Texas is a TORT reform state.
- Practice Type: Outpatient-only practice with no hospital call responsibilities.
- Experience: Familiarity with a Medicare population is preferred.
- Established Practice: This practice has been operating successfully for over 20 years.
