- Assess patients and residents to gather information, monitor their conditions, and report any changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Oversee and supervise care provided by unlicensed personnel.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited vocational nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
