Quick Facts Location: Panama City, FL (449 West 23rd Street, ZIP: 32405) Start Date: 05/15/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Rotating 24-hour shifts (schedule flexible) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent, FTE License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license, Neonatal Certification preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years neonatal or pediatric experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: Competitive salary based on experience (discussed at interview) Additional Compensation: Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Benefits include: 24/7 medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSA options) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary benefits via payroll deductions Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You'll Do Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU setting Deliver 24/7 in-house neonatal nurse practitioner coverage on a rotational basis Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily, supporting approximately 2,700 deliveries annually Conduct neonatal rounds and manage patient care from admission through discharge Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations Perform neonatal procedures based on your clinical competencies Work closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members Exercise autonomous clinical judgment for critically ill neonates Collaborate with neonatal transport and subspecialty teams Engage in educational opportunities, including student rotations and professional development Focus on delivering evidence-based neonatal care that promotes safety and positive outcomes About the Assignment This position is with a highly respected neonatal team at a top-tier hospital in Panama City, supporting a Level III NICU with strong physician and multidisciplinary collaboration.
