Manufacturing Engineer I - Factory Engineering

Major Duties · Maintains a safe work environment · Updates the processes and routings for manufactured parts · Documents work instructions for manufacturing parts · Records data in SAP · Supports key departmental and organizational directives · Accomplishes quality and organizational mission by performing other duties as needed · Communicates easily and effectively with individuals and teams including cross functional teams · Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives · Maintains 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) standards Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge · High School Diploma or GED with 1 or more years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience · Ability to read, interpret and understand prints and specifications · Ability to perform basic computer functions Additional Competencies · Fostering Teamwork · Creating Trust · Listening to Others · Adapting Easily Executing Consistently.
