Full job description What We’re Looking For: Hardworking candidates with positive attitudes, reliable transportation, and the ability to start ASAP. These are steady-hour roles with weekly pay for individuals ready to show up and work consistently. Location :- Somerville, TN Duration :- 6-12 Months (Will Extend further) Pay: $13.00 – $14per hour (dependent on role and experience) Entry-Level Production Roles: Position Brief Job Description Groundskeeper Maintains the facility's outdoor areas by performing lawn care, landscaping, seasonal cleanup, and general exterior maintenance to ensure a safe and attractive environment. Janitorial Cleans and sanitizes offices, production areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Maintains cleanliness standards and safely disposes of waste while following company procedures. Machine Operator Operates production machinery to manufacture products according to specifications. Performs routine quality checks and basic machine adjustments while maintaining production goals. Machine Operator (Level 1, 2, or 3) Sets up, operates, monitors, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment. Performs inspections, documents production data, and ensures product quality. Advanced levels handle complex equipment setups and training. Production Associate (Level 1 or 2) Performs assembly, packaging, labeling, inspection, and general manufacturing duties while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Production Associate 3 Performs advanced production operations, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and supports process improvements while mentoring less experienced associates. Logistics Material Handler Receives, stores, stages, and ships materials. Maintains inventory accuracy and safely operates forklifts or other material handling equipment to support production. Material Handler Transports raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. Loads, unloads, and organizes inventory while ensuring materials are available for production.
