Job Opportunity: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

We are looking for a dedicated full-time physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to become part of a large outpatient primary care facility located in the McAllen/Edinburg region of Texas. This position provides an attractive compensation package that includes a base salary along with wRVU incentives. Additionally, flexible scheduling options are available, such as 4-day workweeks with 10-hour shifts. You will have the opportunity to concentrate on delivering vital primary care services while collaborating with a supportive care team within a multispecialty group comprising over 100 healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff
  • Oversee daily clinical responsibilities
  • Document patient care using the group's electronic medical record system

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible Texas medical license
  • Experience and proficiency in Spanish are advantageous
