Director of Nursing for OB/NICU/PEDS at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, Missouri
\nQualification:
\nEducation: BSN Graduate of an approved College of Nursing.
\nMaster's degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field, or plan for completion within a specific period of time.
\nLicensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
Experience:
- \n
- Previous experience of 2-4 years of a Nurse Manager in a hospital of comparable size and/or accountability. \n
- Capable of working cooperatively with other executives, physicians and co-workers in order to accomplish goals. \n
- Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally and able to coordinate and integrate the complexities of patient care. \n
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

- Upholds and role models behaviors of professionalism. \n
- Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment through continuing education. \n
- Is active in community/professional organizations. \n
Preferred Certifications: Nationally recognized certification.
