\n A local bank is seeking a professional and customer-focused financial service representative to support daily branch operations in Crossville! This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of banking transactions and assisting customers with account services. The ideal candidate will have prior cash-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.\n

\n Responsibilities:\n
\n

  • Provide courteous, accurate, and efficient customer service
    • \n
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
    • \n
  • Record and balance transactions; reconcile cash drawers daily
    • \n
  • Count, package, and maintain currency accurately
    • \n
  • Exchange foreign currency when applicable
    • \n
  • Promote and educate customers on bank products and services
    • \n
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information
    • \n
  • Collaborate with other bank team members to ensure smooth operations
    • \n
  • Assist customers with online and mobile banking, PIN/password resets, bill pay setup, and troubleshooting
    • \n
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and security standards
    • \n

\n Requirements:\n

  • Previous banking experience required
    • \n
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
    • \n
  • Minimum of 1 year of cash-handling experience
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • \n
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations
    • \n
  • Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
    • \n
  • Able to pass a drug screening
    • \n
  • Able to pass a background check
    • \n
