A full-time General Dentist is sought to join a well-established rural health center serving a close-knit community in Northern California. This practice plays a critical role in expanding access to high-quality dental care for patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prevention, education, and whole-person health. Four-day workweek, 10 hours per day (not all positions qualify for the four-day schedule)

Scheduled for 22–24 adult and pediatric patients per day across three operatories

Restorative dentistry (fillings)

Comprehensive and periodic exams (new patients and recalls)

Silver Diamine Fluoride (performed by RDA with dentist oversight)

Sealants (performed by RDA with dentist oversight)

Scaling and root planing
\n - \n
Adult prophylaxis (occasionally on provider schedule or completed by RDA)

CEREC crown technology available on site

Experience with EPIC Wisdom EHR preferred

Active, unrestricted California dental license
\n - \n
Must possess or be able to obtain Denti-Cal/Medicaid and Delta Dental credentialing within 90 days

Assistance available for credentialing with Anthem Blue Cross, Cypress, Guardian, Blue Shield/UHC, and Delta Dental for qualified candidates

Base salary range: $156,907 – $199,680
