Job Description
About the Position:
\nLooking for a NP or PA in Irrigon, OR
\n- \n
- Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed for a medical clinic. \n
- Experience Requirement: Must have prior experience; new graduates will not be considered. \n
- Team: Work alongside another PA and an LCSW. \n
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, including 2 hours of paid administrative time daily. \n
- Optional Call: NP candidates with appropriate training/experience may take call hours at a nearby hospital. \n
About the Compensation & Benefits:

- Excellent Salary depending on experience (DOE). \n
- On-Call Rate for ER Coverage (NP only): $115/hour. \n

CME and PTO Details:

- CME and PTO cannot be used during the notice period, and banks will not refresh during this time. \n
- Sick, vacation, and CME time do not carry over from year to year or contract to contract. \n
- Upon termination, 40% of PTO is considered "sick time" and is not eligible for payout. \n
