The "Brain-Friendly" Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week with 1 dedicated admin day (40 hours total) . No weekends and zero call coverage means your time off is truly yours .

Clinical Scope: 100% outpatient care with a manageable volume of 1518 patients per day .

Focus on Care: Appointments typically range from 20 to 40 minutes, giving you the time to actually talk to your patients .

Salary: $140,000 $160,000 (dependent on experience) .

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (distributed over 3 years) .

RVU Production: Quarterly bonuses based on performance .

CME Support: $3,000 annual allowance plus 5 days of dedicated PTO .

Moving Support: Relocation assistance to get you settled in beautiful Oregon .

Credential: Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate .
