\n
\n Full-Time | $75,000 + Travel | Field-Based Role\n

\n
    \n
  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on biomedical equipment
  • \n
  • Travel extensively to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the region
  • \n
  • Act as a player/coach—lead technicians while working side-by-side in the field
  • \n
  • Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and drive quick resolutions
  • \n
  • Ensure service quality, compliance, and turnaround times meet customer expectations
  • \n
  • Support technician development through hands-on training and mentorship
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with clinical staff and healthcare partners
  • \n
\n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
\n Experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) or field service technician in healthcare\n
\n
    \n
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance, repair, and safety standards. Infusion pump knowledge a plus.
  • \n
  • Experience leading or mentoring other technicians (formal or informal)
  • \n
  • Comfortable with some regional travel and daily field work
  • \n
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in the field
  • \n
\n
\n Preferred Experience\n
\n
    \n
  • 2+ years of experience working with infusion pumps, imaging, patient monitoring, or surgical equipment
  • \n
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission)
  • \n
  • OEM or third-party service experience
  • \n
\n
\n Compensation & Perks\n
\n
    \n
  • $75,000.00, some travel required
  • \n
  • High-autonomy, field-based role
  • \n
\n
\n Why This Role\n
\n
    \n
  • Stay hands-on—this is not a desk job
  • \n
  • Direct impact on patient care through equipment uptime
  • \n
  • Fast-paced, problem-solving environment
  • \n
  • Opportunity to lead while still doing what you enjoy
  • \n
