• Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7 AM, primarily consisting of 10-hour shifts.
• Patient Load: Manage between 6 to 20 patients daily, depending on the facility.
• Call Rotation: 1:4, covering 14 hours from 5 PM to 7 AM.
• Certification: TEE certification or proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience: Required experience in OB and healthy pediatrics.
• Case Types: Involvement in general, cardiac, OB, pediatric, neonatal, and kidney transplant cases.
• Skills: A broad skill set with competency case logs is necessary.
