Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team!\n
\n
This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool. \n
\n
Schedule: 8a-5p | Monday-Friday \n
\n
Candidates must possess: BSN, BLS Certification and a MO RN license.\n
\n
\nMain Duties of this role include:\n
\n
    \n
  • Onboarding RN's and NA's
  • \n
  • Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning,organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the unit
  • \n
  • Serves as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement, and decision-making skills
  • \n
  • The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records,scheduling staff development and other special projects
  • \n
  • Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment
  • \n
  • Developing, promoting, and providing follow up on patient care and quality initiatives
  • \n
