Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a Core Faculty member in our flourishing Family Medicine Residency Program located in Jackson, California. Program Overview:- Flexible Work Structure: 0.8-1.0 FTE
- Faculty/Teaching Commitment: 0.5-0.7 FTE
- Clinical Responsibilities: 0.3-0.5 FTE (negotiable)
- Core Faculty Compensation: $171/hour (up to 0.7 FTE)
- Collaborative Opportunities: Work alongside faculty in Sacramento and Davis
- Full-Scope Family Medicine: Engage in high-complexity rural practice
- Curriculum Development: Play a key role in shaping resident education
- OB Services: Optional but welcomed
- Inpatient Experience: Highly valued
- Enthusiastic about resident education and mentorship
- Interested in developing curriculum and fostering faculty growth
- Comfortable practicing full-scope family medicine
- Dedicated to continuity of care for medically and socially complex populations
- Enjoys performing a variety of medical procedures
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active clinical practice with the ability to supervise and assess residents
- Experience with ACGME competency-based evaluations
- Involvement in curriculum development, resident assessment, and program enhancement
- Qualified and credentialed to provide direct patient care and oversee residents
- Two-year income guarantee with a pathway to becoming a shareholder
- Potential earnings exceeding $320,000 in the first year
- Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000
