As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a requirement to maintain good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) throughout employment.
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
