Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care to patients recovering from open-heart surgery.
- Collaborate with the NISUS research team on national clinical trials.
- Float to related units as necessary.
- Adhere to a strict attendance policy.
- Follow the facility’s guidelines for patient care and safety.
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
- Experience with EKG interpretation.
- Willingness to float to similar units as required.
- Valid Michigan RN license (verification needed).
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Completion of a skills checklist within one year of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
