Quick Facts Location: 2720 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, SC 29169 Start Date: 08/03/2026 End Date: 11/02/2026 Shift: 4x10s, 07:00 – 17:00, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licensure: SC license or compact license accepted Experience: Minimum 1 year in cardiac anesthesia required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $261.30 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive benefits package (medical, licensure reimbursement, travel/reimbursement when applicable) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia care exclusively for cardiac procedures including CABGs, valve surgeries, aortic root repairs, pericardial windows, lung surgeries, laser lead removal, and rib plating Support a small ECMO program (call-ins infrequent, no transplants) Cover 2-5 cases daily in a Level III trauma hospital setting Participate in scheduled call shifts: one evening call per week and one weekend every 6 weeks (minimal call during evenings, occasional weekends) Collaborate with a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team utilizing Epic EMR (highly preferred) Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and patient safety standards What You Need Required: Board-certified CRNA, SC license or valid compact license, ACLS, BLS, PALS (preferred) Experience: At least 1 year in cardiac anesthesia Willing to obtain licensure if needed About the Assignment Work at a prominent hospital in West Columbia, SC, specializing in cardiac and thoracic surgery.
