Our organization is experiencing significant growth in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, offering an excellent opportunity for work-life balance with no on-call duties or weekend shifts! We are looking for a Part-Time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our Kent Regency Center situated in Warwick, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $56 to $60, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  • Collaboration with the Center Leadership Team will be essential to meet center-specific goals and priorities.
  • Work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
  • Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications
  • The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is necessary, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where applicable, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration are required for both APRNs and PAs.

Note: Certain restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

The hourly wage for this position is between $56.00 and $60.00.
