Quick Facts Location: 413 Lilly Road Northeast, Olympia, WA 98506 Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: Contact for details Shift: 24-Hour Beeper Call (Inpatient coverage) Hours/Week: Variable, based on call schedule Employment Type: Locum/Travel assignment License/Certs: Active WA license or IMLC; DEA required; Board Certified in Urology Experience: Urology surgical skills required; prior call coverage experience preferred Pay & Benefits Rate: $1.00/hour (please bid accordingly) Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success What You’ll Do Provide inpatient urology care during scheduled 24-hour call shifts Manage urology cases and perform surgical procedures as needed Respond to callbacks, averaging 4-5 hours daily, adaptable based on census Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care Participate in call coverage for 1-2 weeks per month, with potential for additional shifts Ensure timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols What You Need Active Medical License in Washington or eligible for IMLC DEA certification Board Certification in Urology Urological surgical skills At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in urology Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Olympia, WA, providing critical inpatient urology coverage.
