- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school \n
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Arizona \n
- Active veterinary license in good standing \n
- Strong background in companion animal medicine and surgery \n
- Experience performing soft tissue surgery and dental extractions \n
- Confidence managing urgent care and same-day cases \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Passion for mentorship, team development, and medical excellence \n

- Previous experience as a Medical Director, Chief of Staff, Lead Veterinarian, or other veterinary leadership role \n
- Experience mentoring early-career veterinarians \n
