What you will do
\nPerform inspection, testing and maintenance/repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and State of Department of Health. Candidate should have the ability to accurately discern, and document deficiencies found during an inspection.
\n\nHow you will do it
\nKnowledge of fire pumps, backflows and standpipes is a plus. Attention to detail with the ability to communicate with employees, employers, customers, and authorities having jurisdiction both written and verbally is desired.
\n\nWhat we look for
\nRequired
\nRequires a high school diploma or equivalent.
\nNICET Level II certification.
\nThree years field experience with Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems.
\nFunctional knowledge of Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems.
\nValid driver's license with good driving record.
\nAbility to stand or climb stairs and ladders for a long period of time.
\nAbility to lift a minimum of forty (40) pounds without assistance.
\nExcellent "Customer Service Skills".
\nGood written and oral communication skills and good organizational skills.
\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment security, drug and background check.
\n\nPreferred
\nKnowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes a plus.
\n\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $16.00 - $27 hourly (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
