\n We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Director to lead our dental team in beautiful Crescent City, California. \n Schedule:
\n We currently operate on 12-hour rotating shifts for optimal flexibility and extended time off:

Rotation 1: Sunday – Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Rotation 2: Wednesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Enjoy 7 days off every other week!

\n Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality general dental care to patients across all age groups.
\n - \n
Lead, mentor, and support the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and positive outcomes.
\n - \n
Collaborate with the clinic’s medical and administrative leadership to align dental services with the organization’s mission and goals.
\n - \n
Oversee compliance with all applicable dental practice regulations, infection control standards, and clinical policies.
\n - \n
Manage and optimize patient flow, scheduling, and productivity to meet organizational benchmarks.
\n - \n
Foster a welcoming and compassionate patient experience that reflects the clinic’s commitment to community-centered care.

\n Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
\n - \n
Active California dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
\n - \n
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
\n - \n
Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations with empathy and respect.
\n
\n Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $225,000 per year

Bonus: $25 per billable patient encounter
\n - \n
Relocation Assistance: $9,000
