Position Overview:
\n Hospital is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our high-performing lab team. This full-time role is vital to supporting accurate and timely diagnostics for our patients across multiple service lines.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a full spectrum of diagnostic testing in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory (e.g., chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology). \n
- Ensure all procedures are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, etc.) and UF Health protocols. \n
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot a wide range of laboratory instruments. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation and quality control measures. \n
- Work collaboratively with nursing, medical, and other interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. \n
- Contribute to a positive, professional lab environment that prioritizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. \n
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related science. \n
- Current Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license. \n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent). \n
- Experience in a clinical or hospital-based laboratory setting. \n
