Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) – Generalist
\n Central Rural Pennsylvania

We are seeking a full-time MT/MLT Generalist to join our clinical laboratory team in Central Rural Pennsylvania. This is a permanent position with a 3x12 hour day shift schedule, offering excellent work-life balance.

Schedule:
\n • 3 twelve-hour day shifts per week
\n • Full-time, permanent hire

Responsibilities:
\n • Perform routine and complex testing in core laboratory areas (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank)
\n • Ensure accuracy of results and maintain quality control standards
\n • Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
\n • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements:
\n • MT/MLS or MLT certification through the ASCP or ASCP eligible
\n • Laboratory experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
