1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime: As Needed
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ Years)

The Work You'll Be Doing
\nIn this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines \n
- Run production parts while maintaining aerospace quality standards \n
- Perform basic setups on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines \n
- Load tooling, enter offsets, and verify machine setups \n
- Read blueprints, operation sheets, and work instructions \n
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process inspections \n
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances \n
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments as needed \n
- Operate multiple machines of similar function when required \n
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping \n
- Complete production and quality documentation \n
- Maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements \n

What We're Looking ForRequired

- 3+ years of CNC milling experience \n
- Aerospace machining experience \n
- Ability to perform basic setups on 3, 4, and 5-axis machines \n
- Experience using precision inspection equipment \n
- Ability to read blueprints and operation sheets \n
- Experience setting tooling and offsets \n
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision \n
- High School Diploma or equivalent \n
Preferred

- Technical school or machining program graduate \n
- Experience machining complex aerospace components \n
- Experience working in AS9100 or ISO9001 environments \n
