Join our team of Advanced Practice Providers and tele-ICU physicians to provide exceptional patient care resulting in positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
\n- \n
- \n
Board Certified Physician Assistant.
\n - \n
Two years of experience as an independent provider in the ICU (with procedure logs).
\n - \n
Montana Physician Assistants must demonstrate completion of 8,000 or more documented practice hours.
\n - \n
Active Montana license and DEA preferred.
\n - \n
Authorized to work in the United States.
\n
Scheduling:
\n- \n

ICU coverage is 12-hour day Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider 7 a.m. -7 p.m. working in collaboration with Sound tele-ICU physician.
\n - \n
Average of 15 shifts per month, modified block shift schedule.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- \n
10-bed surgical ICU with cardiothoracic patients and observation ICU patients, estimated 8 encounters per day.
\n - \n
Work collaboratively with the cardiothoracic surgeon, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, consultants and other hospital team members to deliver high quality, evidence-based critical care services.
\n - \n
Perform comprehensive assessments and implement patient treatment plans.
\n - \n
Perform bedside procedures within scope of practice including central line and arterial line placement and intubation. Manage mechanical ventilation in collaboration with respiratory therapy.
\n - \n
Participate in goals of care discussions and family communication.
\n - \n
Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives as determined.

Annual salary, $200,000 plus based on 15 12-hour shifts per month.
