We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. Our CRNAs provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings while working collaboratively with anesthesiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans \n
- \n
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical and procedural cases. \n
- \n
- Evaluate patient responses and modify anesthesia plans as needed to ensure optimal care and safety \n
- \n
- Provide post-anesthesia assessment and pain management \n
- \n
- Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team \n
- \n
- Maintain compliance with Standards of Nurse Anesthesia Practice and applicable professional guidelines \n
- \n
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills \n
- \n
- Required in-house call with a rotating call schedule \n

Qualifications
\nRequired
\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program \n
- \n
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license \n
- \n
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) \n
- \n
- BLS/ACLS/PALS \n
