Requirements
\n- \n
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med Peds \n
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to provide high-quality primary care \n
- Commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients and families \n
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within a team-based care model \n
- Desire to work in a community-focused practice and contribute to a positive workplace culture \n
- Willingness to work some early morning, evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access \n
- Experience in outpatient primary care (preferred, but not required for new graduates) \n
Duties & Responsibilities
\nA typical day may include:

- Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages \n
- Managing chronic conditions and developing personalized treatment plans \n
- Performing preventative care, wellness visits, and routine screenings \n
- Collaborating with nurse practitioners, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records documentation \n
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations \n
- Staying up to date on evidence-based medical practices and advancements in primary care \n
- Engaging in community outreach and health education efforts when applicable \n
