CRNAs work alongside experienced anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to support pediatric patients across a wide range of surgical and procedural settings.\n

\n Key Responsibilities:\n

    \n Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Perform patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Evaluate and manage patients throughout the perioperative process\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Promote patient safety through evidence-based anesthesia practices\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Serve as a patient advocate and healthcare resource for patients and families\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Educate patients and caregivers regarding anesthesia care and recovery expectations\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation\n

  • \n
    \n Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental collaboration\n

    \n Completion of hospital and/or payer credentialing requirements prior to practice\n
