We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a *Litigation Attorney (3+ years)* to handle *family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield)*.\n

\nThis is a *primarily remote position* — you’ll work from home with *in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week*.\n

\n*What You’ll Do*\n
\n
\n* Handle a caseload of *family law and/or civil litigation matters* based on your experience\n
\n* Attend court hearings in Central Illinois (approx. 2–3 times per week)\n
\n* Manage cases with support from paralegals and senior attorneys\n
\n* Gradually take on more independence as you grow in the role\n
\n
\n*Who We’re Looking For*\n
\n
\n* *3+ years of experience* in *family law and/or civil litigation*\n
\n* Licensed in Illinois (or pending admission)\n
\n* Comfortable handling cases with guidance and growing into independence\n
\n* Strong communication and organizational skills\n
\n

\n* *$100,000 – $150,000 base salary*, depending on experience and production\n
