Practice location: 318 S 7th Street Mayfield, KY 42066

Full time 7 am - 5 pm with Thursdays scheduled off
\n
Must be comfortable with all ages, including newborns/peds patients
\n
Practice call once every 4 months
\n
Average 17-20 patients a day
\n
Procedure experience is preferred
