- Team of 5 experienced Physicians & 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who collaborate closely with you to deliver the best care. \n
- Sufficient office staff to support optimal efficiency. \n
- Dedicated team of 4 pharmacists who assist in medication management and patient education. \n
- 2 Registered Dietitians available to enhance patient education, support lifestyle changes, and improve health outcomes. \n
- Metabolic education sessions for patients to manage chronic conditions and improve quality of life. \n
- Established physician referral network and strong specialty support. \n
- State-of-the-art facilities with Epic EMR for seamless care coordination. \n
- Abridge AI documentation assistance to increase efficiencies. \n

- Guaranteed salary of $350,000 (1-year guarantee) Above average for the region \n
- Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work. (Physicians are practicing in the 90th percentile). \n
- $50,000 sign-on bonus to help you relocate and settle into your new role. \n
- $2,000/month fellowship stipend to support continuing education and professional growth. \n
