Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) is a leading multispecialty urology/urogynecology practice in Phoenix, seeking a full-time Urogynecologist (FPMRS) to join our growing, collaborative team. As part of a highly regarded regional group, you will focus on advanced evaluation and management of female pelvic floor disorders with access to state-of-the-art technology and strong collegial support.

    Full-time Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery)

    Mix of outpatient clinic, procedures, and OR time

    Practice across one or more of 13 clinic locations throughout the Phoenix Valley

  • \n

    Perform surgeries at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers

  • \n
  • \n

    Shared, rotating call schedule among Urogynecology providers

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborative environment with Urology, Urogynecology, and Advanced Practice Providers

  • \n

    Partnership or associate track available, based on experience and career goals

Practice & Clinical Scope\n

AUUAs Urogynecology division specializes in:

  • \n

    Female pelvic organ prolapse

  • \n
  • \n

    Robotic and minimally invasive pelvic reconstructive surgery

  • \n
  • \n

    Urinary incontinence (stress and urge) and overactive bladder (OAB)

  • \n
  • \n

    Pelvic floor dysfunction and vaginal reconstructive surgery

  • \n
  • \n

    Pessary management and office-based procedures

  • \n
  • \n

    Urodynamics and neuromodulation

  • \n
  • \n

    Comprehensive office-based and surgical therapies for pelvic floor disorders

  • \n

You will join a respected team of Urology and Urogynecology physicians supported by a tenured group of Advanced Practice Providers.

Candidate Profile\n

  • \n

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS)

  • \n
  • \n

    MD or DO; AMG and IMG candidates welcomed

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong background in urogynecology and pelvic floor disorders

  • \n
  • \n

    New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply

    Experience with robotic or minimally invasive pelvic surgery
