Orthopedic Surgery, Physician-Owned Hospital Seeks Orthopedic Surgeon to Join Practice - Sign-On/Rel

Physician-owned healthcare facility in South Central Kansas seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join a team of next level surgeons with a vision of growth and commitment to excellence in patient care. Opportunity to build a schedule of three (3) OR days and two (2) clinic days flexible to physician preference. Compensation range $600k - $650k, negotiable and commensurate with experience with earning potential in the range of $1.5m. Mentorship available as well as teaching opportunities.

Opportunity includes:

• Anticipate approximately 500-600 joint cases per year with potential to perform up to 10 cases per day due to efficiency of support staff.
\n
• Award winning rehabilitation team onsite as well as in-house medical imaging.
\n
• Same day joints, if warranted some inpatient, some outpatient
\n
• Partnership with area Regional Medical Center if warranted for patient care
\n

Schedule:

\n
• 1:4 weekly rotation
\n
• Call is compensated at $1,000 per day
\n
• Physician will supervise Advanced Practice Providers
\n
• Physician Assistants are on call/round at hospital
\n

Qualifications and Requirements:

\n
• MD, DO, or IMG will be considered
\n
• J1 and H1-B visa candidates considered
\n
• Specialties and Subspecialties considered:\n
  \n
  • Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon would be priority
  \n
  • General Orthopedic Surgeon considered
  \n
  • Future two specialists needs are Sports Med, and Foot/Ankle or Hand
  \n
