As a Tele-Intensivist, youll deliver advanced critical care from a state-of-the-art command center while being supported by dedicated nurses, a pharmacist, and clinical teams, using advanced platforms like Philips eCareManager and Epic. \nRole Overview
\nProvide cutting-edge real-time remote ICU care and expert clinical guidance in a technology-enabled tele-ICU environment.
\nExtend your expertise from the eICU Command center providing oversight of multiple ICU settings across a 4-hospital integrated delivery network.
\nMonitor patient conditions and intervene proactively when changes occur.
\nProvide guidance during emergencies, including rapid response and code events.
\nCollaborate closely with the eICU team in addition to bedside physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members.
\nDrive quality, safety, and evidence-based care across the health system.
\nTele-Intensivist coverage is 7:00 PM7:00 AM, with flexible block scheduling options.
\nTrue shift-based role with no responsibilities outside scheduled hours.

\nQualifications
\nBoard Certified/Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
\nActive Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).
\nICU experience required, telemedicine experience preferred.
\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, especially during high-pressure moments.
