Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Capital Region Family Health team. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well-established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.
Capital Region Family Health, situated in East Greenbush just a short drive from Exit 9 on I-90, is a respected group comprising 13 healthcare providers. This dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services for families, including pediatric care for children from birth to age 17. Services for both adult and pediatric patients encompass routine management of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions; preventive health screenings; immunizations; physical examinations (including those required for employment, insurance, and school); and scheduled sick visits.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS- Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Board Certification, a valid NYS License, and DEA registration are required.
- Exceptional clinical and communication skills, along with a strong dedication to team-oriented patient care.
- A keen interest in providing Primary Care for patients of all ages.
We provide a competitive base salary with additional earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Salary range of $250,000 - $260,000.
- The stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality-related incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
- Signing Bonus of up to $75,000.
