Job Description
Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become a part of our outstanding care team in Forest City, Iowa.
Opportunity Highlights
- Traditional outpatient family or internal medicine practice, depending on the physician's training
- Immediate patient load available, filling the position of a retired provider
- Collaborate with a team of four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

- Participate in a call rotation of 1:5-6
- Access to onsite lab, x-ray, EKG, behavioral services, and family counseling
- Support from experienced Registered Nurses and office staff

Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive bonus package of $150,000!
- Two-year income guarantee of $300,908 annually
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
