\nPosition Highlights\n

\n* 100% Outpatient Family Medicine & Pediatrics\n
\n* Full-time Schedule or (part-time 3 days/week)\n
\n* On-Site Role\n
\n* 1 weekend per month required\n
\n* Salary and benefits negotiable based on experience and hours worked\n
\n* Benefits eligibility for clinicians working more than 22 hours/week\n
\n* Modern EHR supporting efficient documentation and care coordination\n
\n* Broad Scope of Practice: preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and pediatric care\n
\n* Supportive Clinical Environment with experienced physicians and long-tenured staff\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\n* Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and medical histories\n
\n* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions\n
\n* Order and interpret diagnostic tests\n
\n* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans\n
\n* Provide patient education and preventive care counseling\n
\n* Document care accurately and efficiently in the EHR\n
\n* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members\n
\n* Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards\n
\n
\nQualifications & Education\n
\n
\n* Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)\n
\n* Graduation from an accredited PA\n
\n* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required\n
\n* Current North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)\n
\n* Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills\n
\n
