\nPay: $33.00 – $45.00 per hour
\nThe Marine Construction Foreman / Project Manager oversees multiple crews and job sites while remaining actively involved in project planning, equipment coordination, field operations, and client relations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\n-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of marine construction crews.
\n-Interpret and execute project plans, drawings, and specifications.
\n-Perform plan review for accuracy and constructability prior to and during construction.
\n-Complete material take-offs and assist with ordering and job costing.
\n-Load, secure, transport, and unload construction equipment, tools, and materials using company trailers and vehicles.
\n-Deliver equipment and materials to job sites and coordinate logistics to maintain production schedules.
\n-Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and company standards.
\n-Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and crew performance.
\n-Troubleshoot jobsite issues and support crew members to keep projects moving forward.
\n-Communicate effectively with crew leaders, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
\n-Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
\n-Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and project reporting.
\n-Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
\nRequirements:
\n-Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience required
\n-Minimum 2 years leading crews or supervising projects
\n-Marine construction experience preferred; qualified foremen from residential, commercial, framing, or carpentry backgrounds will be considered
\n-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
\n-Experience reading construction plans and specifications
\n-Ability to perform material take-offs
\n-Experience operating, loading, securing, and transporting equipment and trailers preferred
\n-Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
\n-Strong work ethic
\n-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
\nCompensation:
\nSalary Range: $68,000 – $93,000 annually
\nHourly Equivalent: Approximately $34 – $45/hour
\nAdditional Notes:
\nRequires 5 years of experience.
