Millwright - local, no per diem

We are working with a growing company seeking an experienced Millwright to join its team in Tulsa, OK. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

This position focuses on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems and other mechanical equipment used in agricultural facilities. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and working in industrial environments.

Responsibilities
\n Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems.
\n Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
\n Diagnose mechanical issues and make repairs efficiently.
\n Replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, chains, rollers, and other conveyor components.
\n Align and level machinery during installation and repairs.
\n Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
\n Inspect equipment for wear and recommend repairs before failures occur.
\n Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and rigging equipment safely.
\n Work with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
\n Follow all company and customer safety procedures.

Qualifications
\n Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
\n Experience working on conveyor systems is required.
\n Experience maintaining equipment in agricultural, grain handling, feed mill, manufacturing, or industrial facilities is highly preferred.
\n Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
\n Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
\n Comfortable working with bearings, motors, gearboxes, shafts, chains, sprockets, and conveyor components.
\n Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
\n Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

\n Agricultural processing or grain handling facilities
\n Bucket elevators
\n Belt conveyors
\n Screw conveyors
\n Chain conveyors
\n Preventative maintenance programs
\n Welding and fabrication experience (a plus)
