Compensation: $40.07 - $48.10 per hour, depending on prior experience.
Work Schedule: PRN

Qualifications (What You Bring)

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
  • At least two (2) years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care; home care experience is a plus.
  • CPR certification is required.

Your Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will manage cases, coordinate care, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for clients, utilizing nursing theories and processes in line with the Nurse Practice Act.

  • Evaluate client referral information and respond to inquiries as necessary.
  • Conduct client assessments according to agency standards to ensure effective home care services.
  • Independently direct, plan, and initiate appropriate actions in home care scenarios.
  • Perform duties in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.

ExperienceRequired

EducationPreferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
Licenses & CertificationsRequired
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
