Qualifications and Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license.
• A commitment to providing outstanding, evidence-based care for women.

Education and Experience

• Doctorate of Medicine is required.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in Family Practice.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in Gynecology.

Licenses and Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• Active physician license is required.
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license is required.
